Eligibility for Return and Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions: ✅ The product is damaged or defective
✅ You received the wrong item or size
✅ The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
✅ All tags and original packaging must be intact

You must initiate the return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized orders, sale items, or made-to-order products.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. If your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 7-10 working days
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Refunds are not applicable for shipping charges.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is free if the error is from our side (wrong/damaged product).
  • If the return is initiated for any other reason (other than damage or wrong item), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
