At Vizame, we aim to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• To cancel, email us at info@vizame.com or call 9664460946 with your order details.
• A full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

After Shipment:

• Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• You may request a return after receiving the product (see return policy below).

2. Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Items such as innerwear, jewelry, and customized products are non-returnable.

Return Process & Timeline:

1. Initiate a Return – Email us at info@vizame.com or call 9664460946 within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. Approval & Pickup – Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the item within 3-5 business days.
3. Quality Check – After receiving the product, our team will inspect it within 2-3 business days.
4. Refund Issuance – Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

Refund Modes:

• Online Payments (Credit/Debit/UPI/Net Banking): Refund within 5-7 business days.
• Bank Transfers (For COD orders): Refund within 7-10 business days after bank details are shared.

3. Exchange Policy

• We offer exchange for size issues only (subject to availability).
• The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Once the item is returned and verified, the new item will be shipped within 5-7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Items not in their original condition or used products.
• Customized or made-to-order products.
• Clearance sale or discounted items.
